I can't stop listening to Raat Ki Rani (Khruangbin Remix) by Arooj Aftab—it’s been on repeat for me. I have this strong affinity for songs with bass-driven melodies, and honestly, anything Khruangbin touches just works for me. But I also find myself vibing to tracks like Bound by Wet and Blood Orange and Body & Soul by Emotional Oranges featuring Biig Piig, which have a sultry atmosphere. The smooth, almost intoxicating lyrics in those tracks really get to me.

Then there’s Jump the Turnstile by Jordana and TV Girl, which blends two worlds effortlessly—soft, almost wistful lyrics paired with echoey, raw sounds. It’s that kind of song that bridges a gap I didn’t even know existed. This playlist leans heavily into that combination of soft vocals and laid-back backdrops. It’s the kind of sound that just felt right for me this past month.
